• Directly from you: Name, email address, phone number, shipping address, purchase history, and any feedback you submit
• Automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and cookie data when you use our website
• From third parties: Payment confirmation from Stripe, engagement data from Mailchimp

• Process and fulfil your orders
• Send your purchase confirmation and shipping updates
• Send marketing emails, promotions, and discount codes (with your consent)

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, and access controls to protect your personal information. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

7. Your Rights

We may update this notice from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised notice.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or using eleven pm products or services provided by Sleep Essential Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"). By placing an order or subscribing to our communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

eleven pm Sleep Gummy is a dietary supplement intended to support sleep quality. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.

The product is recommended for persons aged 18 years and above. Not suitable for children.

3. Orders & Payment

• All prices are in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Orders are subject to product availability
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store payment card details
• The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion

4. Promotions & Discount Codes

• SLEEPWELL10 — 10% off first order only. Valid for 7 days from issuance. Single use per customer. Cannot be used on already-discounted items
• Referral discounts (฿50 off) — valid for one-time use per qualifying referral. The referrer receives their reward only after the referred friend completes a first purchase
• Loyalty rewards — redeemable as specified in the Loyalty Programme terms. Not redeemable for cash
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice
• Abuse or fraudulent use of promotions will result in cancellation of the discount and may lead to account suspension

5. Loyalty Programme

• Customers accumulate rewards based on verified purchases
• After 5 purchases: ฿50 discount applied to next order
• After 10 purchases: 1 free pack of eleven pm (subject to availability)
• Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value
• The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time

6. Referral Programme

• Both referrer and referred friend receive ฿50 off one qualifying purchase each
• Referrer reward is issued only after the referred friend completes their first purchase
• Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals will not qualify
• Maximum 1 referral reward per referring customer per calendar month
• Referral codes are valid for 30 days from issuance

7. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship nationwide within Thailand
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier
• The Company is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other events outside our control

8. Returns & Refunds

Refunds or replacements are only considered in the following circumstances:

• The product arrived damaged or defective
• The product caused a documented adverse reaction or harm
• Incorrect product was delivered

To request a refund or replacement, contact [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order details and supporting evidence (photos of damage, medical documentation if applicable). The Company will review each case at its sole discretion.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Sleep Essential Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page. Continued use of our products or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
